|Step 1: Go to www.yourcba.com and scroll down to the login section at the bottom of the page.|
|Step 2: Click on the “Forgot password?” link.|
|Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your station/organization and click on the “Email Password” button.
If you do not know what email address to use, or are receiving a “No account found with this email address” message; please call us at 916-444-2237 during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
|Step 4: Check your inbox for an email with the password for your account.|
|Step 5: Go back to www.yourcba.com, fill in the login section with your email and password, and click the “Sign In” button|
|Step 6: If you are seeing a “Hello” message, you have been signed in successfully! If you want to change the password you were given, click here for instructions.
